Now that is only a bad joke ( maybe as token of slight envy) because in reality the effort that the Dutch have done to promote research on EEG and BCI deserves a lot of Kudo's. Now how come that such a collective endeavour is not possible in belgium ? Vision and proactivity is demonstrated in Holland. Let's all congratulate them.
