Belgium : is it afterall the state where Kafka was reincarnated ? The Minkha blog is bringing a true and terrible story accusing the state burocracy for crimes against ethics, decency and humanity. And in the same moment Big Spenders get "absolution"... Something is defenitively wrong in the state of Dexiamark....and it has to do with ethics and morality.
